It covers the Centre's early institutional milestones, including its temporary office inauguration at Geetanagar, the Curtain Raising Programme in Shillong on regional instability, the January 2025 cultural synergy event in Guwahati with ABILAC and OKDISCD, and a March 2025 lecture on Indo-Japan relations at Gauhati University. The newsletter closes with the two founding lectures on Bangladesh-Myanmar instability and the strategic importance of knowing one's neighbourhood, the same material later expanded in the CIASS Guwahati founding report.
